Tuesday, 11.00am, $2 per participant
45 minute peer-led class following along to a CD that focuses on strength, balance and falls prevention.
Friday, 10.30am, $5 per participant
30 minute class with a Personal Trainer from Fusion Fitness
A circuit of different exercises including low intensity boxing, weights, and resistance exercises with a focus on strength, balance and falls prevention
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
$12 for members, $14 for non-members

A van is available for pick-up and drop-off, of members who wish to come into The Centre for a meal on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Just leave a message on the answer phone the night before. Gold coin donation. Please be ready for pick up by 11am.

We are often donated walkers, wheelchairs and other equipment such as shower and toilet aids which we can pass on to clients and members. Contact us to find out what we have on hand.

We run a range of seminars and information events for the community throughout the year. These are advertised here on the website, on Facebook, and on local radio and print.
