The Good Living Conditions Southern is a set of guidelines designed to assist frontline workers in government and non-government organisations to constructively intervene and improve the situation of people who are living in severe domestic squalor. Age Concern Southland is a lead agency on the panel and works to support all those referred to the panel aged over 65.
